For a Pleasant and Comfortable Stay

To ensure all our guests feel welcome and at ease, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. via our key safe. You will receive the code and all important details by email prior to your arrival.

Please vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure.

Smoking

Our apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is permitted on the balcony – an ashtray is provided for your convenience.

Pets

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartment – with the exception of assistance dogs, by prior arrangement.

Quiet Hours

Out of respect for our neighbours, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., so that everyone can enjoy a restful night.

Visitors & Overnight Guests

You are welcome to receive visitors. However, overnight stays are only permitted for the number of guests included in your booking. Please note that parties or celebrations are not allowed.

Kitchen & Equipment

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. Please handle all appliances and furnishings with care, so that future guests may enjoy them just as much as you.

Waste Separation

Please separate your waste carefully and dispose of it before departure. The waste containers are located in Garage No. 10, directly next to the main entrance. The garage is marked with a sign saying “Sammelstation”. Clear labels will help you sort correctly. Bicycles Bicycles may not be stored in the apartment. If you are arriving with a bicycle, please let us know in advance – we’ll be happy to help you find a suitable place.

Energy & Environment

When leaving the apartment, please: – Close all windows – Set the heating to * (star) in winter or turn it off in summer – Switch off the lights Thank you for helping us conserve resources.

Bed Linen & Towels

Your beds are freshly made, and towels are provided for you. At the end of your stay, please leave used towels in the bathroom.

If Something Happens

Something got damaged? Something not working properly? Please let us know as soon as possible – we’ll take care of it promptly and without fuss.
